Area description:

The original stone villa built in 1857 newly renovated, situated in the peaceful village Mocici in Konavle, most beautiful part of the Dubrovnik Riviera. Village Mocici is located in Cilipi known as a location of the Dubrovnik Airport.  Cilipi are the largest settlement in the area called Konavle.

5 km from the villa is the nearest village by the see is Cavtat with plenty of bars, restaurants, beautiful walking paths by the see.
There is also Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with Montenegro which is 20 km away.
Villa Joe is located 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik.
In Konavle field abot 10 km from the villa is beautiful of river Ljuta with old mill and beautiful nature.
In the area are several good winery and agritourisms serving traditional dishes.
Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails length of 10 kilometers or more.

5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic "Pasjaca" whose beauty and purity of the sea are breathtaking. Also in the range of 3-5 km are plenty of different beaches, Plat beach, beach Rat Cavtat, beach Zal Cavtat (ideal for kids)...

Through entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature, but also to get to the unique beaches Konavle rocks.
